Getting into the AppraisalSight platform is easy! If you are joining for the first time, you simply need to provide your company information, create your first user, securely provide your method of payment and agree to the terms and conditions.
From there you can access your account by clicking the email confirmation link sent to the user email provided and get into the platform.
Please note that it is free to and any additional members to your profile at any time.
Once you are in your account, create a new “Sight” and email the request to the property owner, the tenant, a trainee or yourself. This will allow others to add their content to a secure storage area on your portal.
Users that have been sent access can open the “Sight” from any mobile or desktop browser and inspect the subject property.
Appraisal Sight allows the user to easily upload photos and VIDEOS of the subject property without taking up space on a smartphone. AppraisalSight video clips help an appraiser properly catalog all aspects and improvements of a subject property while building a strong AppraisalSight Work File!
After the homeowner, a trainee, or the appraiser finishes the inspection, just complete the “Sight” and all of the subject’s data and information will be stored in the Sight Cloud for as long as you want! Cold storage options are also available!
With a full video and photo database of each inspection, you can eliminate all of the “they missed this” or “She said, He said” scenarios that appraisers face after the appraisal is completed. Everything is now AppraisalSight documented!

When you register for the first time, we have a one-time setup cost of $55. This will include your portal setup, 10 GB of storage space, and one month of access to your AppraisalSight portal.
Each month after sign-up, you only pay $35 to continue your service. There are no limits on “Sights” or user creation, and you can download all of your content any time. Plus, you can cancel at any time with no commitments or long-term contracts.
Your 10GB storage is flexible and can always be downloaded to free up more space, but we also offer increased storage space for organizations that would like to keep more. It is just $15 for each additional 10GB, and we can upgrade anytime right from the portal.
